Naik Scuba Academy, founded by Arunkumar Naik, aims to revolutionize the conversation around scuba diving in Chennai by providing a comprehensive and accessible platform for enthusiasts. Why Scuba Dive?

If we just replaced the word ‘Space’ with ‘Ocean’, and the ‘starship Enterprise’ with every individual who Scuba Dives, that for us epitomises why we scuba dive. It is to satisfy the primal urge of exploration that we as humans have evolved with.
With exploration of the unknown comes risks of the unknown. And as with any risk, the best line of defence is preparation & practice to minimise risk.
Our Training Philosophy
While Scuba Diving, we are in an environment alien to us. However, decades of scientific study coupled with evolving technology, equipment and our understanding of the sciences have resulted in systems / processes coming into place, which when followed, make Scuba Diving one of the safest adventure sports on the planet.

At Naik Scuba Academy, it is our endeavour to create & provide enabling learning environments such that at the end of the course, the student is well equipped with both knowledge and skill to safely Scuba Dive. We strongly believe that it is our role as Instructors to provide environments that will give students the highest odds of learning & mastering key scuba diving skills.

It is this philosophy that has manifested in the space at our academy. A place with Calm Vibes, Instructors who give you all their attention & time, customisations at every step of the course with attention to detail, all to ensure we meet your needs before you even know that you need them. Ocean destinations for the final section of your course have been cherry picked to ensure you have the highest odds of mastering your skills(and fears) while also having a breathtaking introduction to the Oceans. We want you coming out of your last scuba dive with the thought, “That was fantastic, when can I go diving again?”.
