A Note from the Founder - Arun
I’m Arunkumar Naik, born by the sun-kissed shores of Coastal Karnataka and shaped by the vibrant city of Chennai. My journey has taken me across India and beyond, from the bustling streets to the serene depths of the ocean.
By profession, I started as a chef and became an HR manager by chance. But my true passion is scuba diving, a calling I discovered years ago in the Philippines. That first dive was transformative, sparking a love for the ocean that led me to become a full-time scuba instructor, sharing the magic of the underwater world across the Philippines, Maldives, and India.
As an instructor, my goal is simple—to ignite the same wonder and awe in you that I felt on my first dive. Every experience with Naik Scuba Academy is designed to capture that sense of discovery and adventure.
