Services Information - We are authorized providers of scuba diving courses and allied services - All courses are described as accurately as possible - Service specifications are subject to change by company without notice 3. Purchase Terms 3.1 Ordering - All Services are to be scheduled in advance - Prices are listed in Rupees and may change without notice - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone 3.2 Payment - Payment must be made through our approved payment methods - All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated - Services will not be commenced until payment is confirmed 4. Cancellations & Refunds 4.1 Cancellations - Cancellation by Customer for any reasons apart from Medical emergencies should be intimated at least 24 hours prior for consideration towards refunds. - Rescheduling will be considered on a case to case basis. - Cancellations due to Bad Weather, Flight cancellations, other factors beyond company’s control will be intimated at the earliest possible. 4.2 Refunds - In the event of Cancellation of Service by the Company due to poor weather conditions resulting in no dives, 100% refund will be issued. - For all other Cancellations, refunds will be considered on a case to case basis. - Final Decision rests with management. 5 Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for: - Injuries or accidents resulting from improper equipment use - Damage from improper use or maintenance - Consequences of scuba diving beyond skill level after course completion with Naik Scuba Academy 6. Privacy and Data Protection - We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy - Customer information is protected according to applicable laws - We do not share personal information with third parties except as required for order fulfillment 7. Website Use 7.1 Intellectual Property - Product images and descriptions are property of their respective manufacturers - Website content is protected by copyright - No reproduction without written permission - All trademarks, logos, and brand names are property of their respective owners 7.2 User Conduct Users agree not to: - Violate any laws or regulations - Interfere with website security - Submit false or misleading information 8. Refund Policy Last Updated: 26th February, 2025 Refunds for Services Cancelled by Naik Scuba Academy due to Poor Weather, Logistics or any other reason not initiated by the customer, shall be done in full. For all Cancellations initiated by the Customer, Extent of Refund shall be taken up on a case to case basis. Final Decision rests with Management of Naik Scuba Academy Private Limited.
